There is no such thing. Everything is based on the bottom when that bottom goes up so do commodities and services. While having a minimum wage is important employers need to pay ABOVE that wage and not just in "benefits". By using the union it is possible to bargin above min for new hires but they won't do it since it was negotiated out like 50 years ago. The old timers would rather have the benefits above a bottom wage increase since they are already topped out and new hires rarely go to meetings and talk to people.
