"Hazard Pay" is the normal term, which was normally used in industries that operated in "Hazardous" environment. Example: If you work on an oil rig and the storm season just started, they might offer "hazard pay" as you might be cut off from help. I'm not saying COVID isn't hazardous, but the "hazard" is too widespread for anyone to offer "hazard" pay now. COVID is just a fact of live and people taking personal responsibility to protect themselves is their best defense. Protecting yourself could include: Vaccine, Mast, Face Guard or simple looking for a different position.
