I put a clause in my will if kroger be responsible for mine regardless of circumstance my family is to sue kroger for everything they got. Kroger should not be making employees so miserable life isn't worth living. Kroger sucks. I keep having a line of 1-3 customer go crazy because they have to wait in line 2+ minutes. No more than 5 min. Seniors keep cussing me out because they aren't fit enough to wait in line.
This was big news when it was first filed, with reading the full lawsuit its make you question the personal mental state. Back in the day, Department Heads would just step down and tell the Store Manager off and or walk out......
