Manager and Co-Manager bonuses?

Dont know if it is true But I hear a rumor that store managers and co-managers were paid bonuses of $200,000 and $100,000 respectively. If true it would confirm the negative view that Kroger is a corrupt, unethical,  and greedy company.   Also if true the backlash from union members and non- union workers will be financially devastating to Kroger.   Kroger stock will take a big hit.

I strongly doubt this. Maybe $20K / $10K if their store had an exceptional year.

There was always stories of High Volume Store Managers buying a nice NEW card with their bonus, but that was 10-15 years ago. In reality, I would believe most Asst. Store Manager have a bonus opportunity of $10k, Store Managers 20K. With the metrics that have to achieve, getting the total amount is very unlikely. Corporate Level Associates, its a completely different story.....

Yup, I don't think its really going to matter in the next 5 years. I'm thinking each store will have a STR MGR and 1 Asst. STR MGR, Department Leaders will be expected to do more and not just thought of as a glorified clerk (but paid the same as now).
