I worked inside the store for 8 years and transferred to the fuel center about 2 months ago. Several things have happened:h
1. Peophele coming to the window asking to "fill up" but don't know the amount they want. I tell them I need a specific amount. They give me one, then try to get cash refunds (when I know they put it on a credir or denit card.)
2. "I am on Pumo _____ and it' doesn''t work!" Uhh you have to punch the grade of gas you want.
y
3. Holding up other customers while they go to their car to get change so they can have all bills.

This is normal for fuel centers. I did one month and walked. I know understand why most fuel associates loose faith in humanity. Then become bitter empty husks. Scamming is normal and really bad. I don't know about you but if I could not afford a $20 tank of gas that would be a wake up call for me. I saw a construction worker yell out and cuss a gas station attendant. I made note of the company and wrote a hey you letter to them about the scenario. When people drive company equipment they represent that company. Most fail to remember that.
