Apparently unvaccinated employees will have to do weekly covid testing, at the Kroger pharmacy, due to the new mandates. Does anyone know what type of testing the Kroger pharmacy does? Do they shove a Q-tip up your nose? Or do they just swab the inside of your cheek? Is it painful or uncomfortable? And is there any cost to you if you have to do it every week?

This may all be a moot point in a couple months............ The new nationwide Covid company mandate ordered by fascist King Joe Biden/Brandon doesn't officially take effect until January 4.
However, there are already over 2 dozen states that are instituting lawsuits against this tyrannical overreach of federal government authority which is an absolutely unconstitutional policy, both illegal and immoral, and against the freedoms we as Americans have been used to as being a free, non-communist non-socialist country.
Whether or not Kroger will try to force this is an interesting question. If Kroger knows what is good for it, it will not force the issue, as thousands of workers may decide to go ahead and quit and put themselves out of their Kroger Misery. More and more employees are taking notice that nearly all other store chains and companies are paying more as a starting wage than Kroger.
Well, right now it's been halted by the 5th district Federal Court of Appeals. Along with over half the states filing lawsuits against the mandate, there's also several businesses filing suits too. What is a small business owner suppose to do if he or she has more than 100 employees and all those employees are needed and too many of them refuse to get vaccinated or get tested weekly? You can keep everybody on and hope you don't get inspected. However, that won't work because there's always at least one snitch at every company and OSHA is counting on people to snitch. Each violation is like a $17,000 fine. A small business can't afford that. A small business also can't afford to lose too many of its employees. If that happens, and the business can't function, then it's forced to close and then everybody is out of a job.
This mandate was put into place as an ETS (emergency temporary standard) because of the "grave danger" faced by people in the workplace. If it's such a grave danger, then why did it take so long for the rule to be filed, and why wait until January 4th, 2022 for it to go into effect? Must not be too much of a grave danger if that's the case. If OSHA says you have to wear a hazmat suit and work, that's fine. A hazmat suit can be removed when you leave work. You can't remove a vaccine from your body when you leave work.

Here are two important points according to the article.
The first is the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United states which basically says the federal government's powers are strictly limited to what's spelled out in the Constitution. All other powers belong to the states and the people. That amendment is there to specifically prevent what the federal government is trying to do now.
The second point has to do with OSHA. OSHA's power is limited to hazards that are in the workplace. If you work in construction, you wear a hard hat. If you work around chemicals, you wear protective equipment like gloves, goggles, etc. You work around cutting equipment, you wear cut resistant gloves. You work around electricity, you wear insulated gloves. The point is all those hazards only occur at the workplace. When you leave, you can remove the protective gear. Covid is not a hazard that is exclusive to the workplace. Unlike other protective equipment, you can't remove a Covid shot when you leave your job at the end of the day.

It looks like now the mandate has been completely blocked by the same court. The only place Biden or OSHA can go now is the Supreme Court, and with as many lawsuits there are from states and individual companies, the ruling is not likely to be overturned. At least I hope not.

Yes, but this is not the first time the government has tried to enforce mandatory (i.e. compulsory) vaccination laws...You guys should check out the "Jacobson v. Massachusetts" ruling...
While that involved a state and not the federal government, it set a precedent...Federally, under the Occupational Health & Safety Act (enacted in 1970) and with the ETS (Emergency Temporary Standard), the President can do what he's doing and is within his powers to do so...At least, temporarily...
For anyone who is interested, here is a link to the full 22 page ruling from the court. It's an interesting read.

The terrible virus pandemic has made the lives of so many people worse around the world. I dont think that essential oils can make any difference. Most likely, to resist the disease, you should play more sports and follow a diet. It is probably better for people with other chronic complications to have less contact with others, because this should finally end sometime. On the other hand, as strange as it sounds, this disease has positive aspects. The world has changed, many have changed their usual work. For example, I now work in the service and help students with writing essays https://www.customessaymeister.com/hire-essay-writer.html. I wish all sick people a speedy recovery and an end to this terrible disease!

Never heard of them enforcing such a thing. I doubt they highly would do this.
They barely have enough staff to run the store. However, if 5% of your store is unvaccinated then yes they could very well do this if it is mandatory. You might have to enact your human rights if it is going over board. I can understand monthly but weekly? Yea/no.
You will need to get your union to back you on this.
I had lost many of my mom's social circle to covid. Whom i was also close to and you anti vaccers disgust me. You'd rather see your children in coffins than get the fuc-ken vaccine.

And yet people are dying after taking the so called vaccine. Some countries have even banned it for those under 30.
In just the United States alone, more than half of the population is vaccinated, and these are the results so far:
-The vaccinated are being told that they still need to wear masks and get additional shots, despite being told that they wouldnt have to do any of that when they first got vaccinated.
-The vaccinated are still getting infected with Covid.
-The vaccinated are still spreading Covid.
-The vaccinated are still dying of Covid.
-There have been over 20,000 Covid vaccine deaths.
-There have been over 100,000 Covid vaccine hospitalizations.
-There have been over 1,000,000 Covid vaccine incident reports, which include massive increases in blood clots, heart attacks, heart inflammation, strokes, Bells Palsy, neurological disorders, infertility, miscarriages, and birth defects. And the other long term effects of the Covid vaccines are still unknown.
-Vaccine mandates would result in millions of Americans losing their jobs, which will completely destroy our economy.
So I would just like to ask all of the pro-vaxers a couple of questions:
-How is it that you are ok with all of this?
-And are you really still under the impression that the vaccines are making things better?

Have you noticed how many of the areas with the highest vacination rates are now experiencing record surges in cases? Yet they still blame it on the unvaccinated. You would think the unvaccinated are giving out Covid germs the way Oprah gives out cars. You get a Covid! You get a Covid! You get a Covid! You get a Covid!

There's a big difference between that case and what Biden is trying to do. That case involved a LAW passed by the state legislature, you know the people who actually have the power to make laws. Biden is the head of the Executive Branch. The Executive Branch does not make the law. Allowing one person to have that much power leads to tyranny. Here in the state of Kentucky Democratic Governor Andy Beshear was treating the citizens of Kentucky like children and imposing all kinds of mandates and restrictions. The Kentucky Supreme Court put a stop to it and told him any mandates or rules have to go through the legislature.

TRUE!!!! But sadly many (of not most) Americans know very little about government, civics, and who is actually allowed by law to have the real power and decision-making authority in our Federal and State governments. They just bow down meekly and say "OK, whatever". Sad.
