Theft? forget about it. Drug use? depends. Attendance? maybe. Did you piss off previous manager? Doubtful.
I wouldn't mention the filling center unless they ask for it. They will have your social security number so they will know you were a previous kroger family employee.
If you were put on the "Do not rehire" list, forget about it.
This is possible. If you are fired at smiths you can go apply for fred meyer. if fired from qfc you can apply at safeway. If fired from one kroger owned store you can go to another company that is ufcw union and apply. Your seniority can be kept for up to 2 yrs. This is good because if you quit grocery and go into medical you won't start at the bottom for seniority.
If you get fired from fred meyer you can not go apply for another fred meyer. One company can see what you've worked at as an employee in their system. If you go to another company they can not see that information. All your prior employers are allowed to mention when you quit and what you did. Anything more = lawsuit. Unless you tell them you are using them as a reference and need that input.
