Is that what that is? I used my rewards card a few times at work today at the U-Scan. The items I purchased would always come off as already being paid for just from sliding the rewards card, and I'd never have to use my debit. So there's $100 on there? My store never even told us.
They changed it again this time. First of all, it didn't ask me if I wanted to use the discount. It just took it off automatically. That leads to the second thing. You have to pay any sales tax separately. I had to put 30 cents on my credit card

It doesnt have to ask if you want to use it. It does it for you automatically. Don't why they changed it. It's happened to a co-worker and at first they asked "shouldn't it have asked and gave me the option of using it?" I rang up the person and said it doesnt have to ask you if you want to use it or not. They choose to automatically do it for you.
Then the co-worker asked why cant they "override" it to where you dont have to use it." I replied with that is just plain stupid. Loading another $100 bonus to your card to."replace" the bonus that was used without your consent is a fireable offense because it will make it so you have a double bonus instead of one.

First of all, it is not stupid. Second, nobody said anything about re-loading another $100 to their card. The person might want to use all or part of the $100 to pay for a specific order. What is stupid is having to put less than a dollar on a charge card because that's all you have. Maybe an employee should go through your line with a huge order and then tell you they can't pay for it because they don't have any way to pay the tax.

You're able to split the bonus between orders. To the OP, why not use a debit card instead? Also, don't wish for someone else's day to be harder. We all have to experience this hell together.
Ours too. Our phone numbers can be looked up by store management who do you thinks stealing our bonus And no investigation with all the cameras in the stores.
