Are you a new hire? Are you using the shopper card that has your employee discount? The fuel points should have been loaded to the shopper card listed on your express hr profile.
Did others in your store get the points? I would sign onto your shopper card digital account and make sure a family member didn't already redeem them. They always say a specific date, but in most instances its added 1-2 days beforehand.
