Has anyone ever signed up for this? And if so, what are the pros and cons of this? Is it part of the current insurance that employees are getting, or an extension? Will any money be taken out of the paycheck? I'm already doing ok with the insurance and I'm on a copay deal with my doctors office, but every little bit would help.

My understanding is that it will replace our existing health insurance. I could be wrong. The Prescription will remain the same. Dental and Vision would stay the same but be administered by Heartland.
I appears to be automatic change over thru the union.
The only form I have gotten is the yellow HIPAA for release of medical information to family members.
