I wonder if Rodney really reads these forums. Maybe that is the reason the last Manager I had no longer works for Kroger. Maybe Rodney read it found out who it was and did something.

I would honestly be very surprised if Rodney reads ANY of these forums that are online. If he reads any of them, I would guess he would checks in on he Reddit.com forum which gets a lot more traffic that this forum does.
He always projects a "look" like he believes everything is Rosy at Kroger, well it may be an act he puts on, but it kinda reminds me of Biden pretending how great the economy is. Of course the Kroger stocks have went up a little recently (not a whole lot) so that's probably all he is concerned about.
Anyhow, tell me -- how in the world that your own HR at your local store would know if Rodney read these forums?? it doesn't sound like something he would admit to. Maybe he told someone he had been reading some of the stuff on Yammer / Yodel?????? Or tune in to the "Kroger TV" nonsense that is broadcast within the Kroger network, and consists of RAH RAH RAH baloney "uplifting" of select employees with a good dose of BS?
I doubt seriously that Rodney reads this forum. He has zero f@#* to give concerning his underlings.
I would doubt he reads this forum, and if he did he wouldn't share this information with a HR Manager that is in a store. Hell, most people on here can't even post about a valid issue, its just them complaining about wanting more $$$ or how they are over worked. If someone really wanted to get a response from someone high up they would email them directly or make a Yammer posting and tag higher up.
