Stuff is stolen all the time, it helps that some stuff is "Pay-by-Scan", so the company isn't on the hook for everything. Hell, I remember a Landscaper once stealing all our rock salt one winter, we then had salt pallets in the cart lobby. The outside shrink it just like the inside shrink, it happens, but you will never really know when it happens.
