Please stop returning items that are older than 30 days. The return policy is 15 days and we only started enforcing it because people got pissy with us over returning items from 30+ days ago.
At my store you will be refused a return older than 15 days. We're not there to refund your money if you are negligent about using an item then forget about it. We're not there to return your items because you failed to use them.

I have several regulars who will no longer be able to hold onto their items for months then get pissy over the return. I mean who the f* holds onto a receipt for 4+ months then try to return an item that is now expired due to negligence. We are not responsible for self negligence.
Oh, but there IS. at my store its 30 days. After 30 days...35 tops. After that all you'll get is an apology; but get real pissy and you'll get absolutely nothing...NOT EVEN an apology.

We can refuse the return if it's past the 15 day policy. If one store sells a special item but the other doe snot we can refuse the return because then we'd be stuck with an item we can't sell because it's not on the shelves.

No. I always get refunds for the items I return. Havent been denied yet. I get stuck with nothing. I also steal high priced medicine and return it for store credits. Thanks for the free foods
