Congratulations kroger: You hired a c.c. who takes a 30 min s-hit in the restroom every day.

Our recently new c.c. decides to disappear some where for 30+ min. Turns out he's taking a sh-it in the restroom for 30 min. While watching vids on his phone. I think I'm having a talk to management about this. It's an ongoing daily issue. It's one thing to disappear for a 5-10 min bathroom break but after that it's too long. You're on your phone or avoiding working.

If you have a medical need c.c. you need to clarify it with management. As adults we've learned to avoid foods that often don't agree with us. You're either on your phone or hiding from doing work. I can't believe how many people want a job we give it to them then they anti work.

Don't praise him for this behavior pattern. 30 min not working times 3-4 times a day is like 2-3 hrs of not working during a 6-8 hr shift. Hiding on the toilet.

Something must be said. Then he should be kept on "radar." Is he special needs? Does he have a legitimate medical condition? If hes either of those then he may be exempt.

Maybe you could get his number and call him when he disappears like this. If he answers or leave a VM just saying everyone is looking fir him after he is gone 10 mins. Personally, if I know this as a Supervisor, I would start sending him on break every time he wants to go to the bathroom.

So you'd be authorizing him to steal company time.

Hmm. Way to go, brainiac! confuse

Also: Congratulations, King Soopers. Half your company just went on strike, costing you millions and damaging your public image, and your store managers still treat their employees like ****!

A child who didn't even want to be there pocketed up to a single digit dollar amount worth of wages in the restroom.

Wait until Rodney hears about this.
