I would like to report an innapropraite sexual relatiionshio between a pharmacy manager Ilana Druker and subordinate named Derick at the 2300 Gessner location in Houston, Texas. They have been having sexual relations there at the locatio and sometimes in the parking lot and other places. These our the people that are supposed to be incharge of other people medications and I dont think it right for a manager to be having relation with an employee.

Similar post on reddit not that long ago. Welcome back. I highly suggest filing an ethics report under sexual misconduct. Get their as-ses fired. If couples married or dating decide to do sexual relation ships off the clock at home away from work it's fine. They just can't display favoritism or that's breaking kroger favoritism law. If they're doing it on or off the clock on company property that's against company policy.
2 months ago a much older co-worker put his hands on me back in the meat cooler. He came up from behind me, while i was bent over, and grabs me by my hips and squeezed. I scream....he laughs! Store manager pulls this guy into office (two weeks later) and gives him a sexual harassment letter to sign and put in his file, and we all just need to learn to get along. Nothing else done.
