If you are an exempt employee and you quit after the FY end but prior to March/ end, does Kroger still pay out your bonus?

In addition to my above post, arent we owed hazard or dangerous pay as well  due to the several covid variants? Anyone?

By exempt do you mean salaried management? If so, I don't think anyone on here is equipped to answer your questions.

There's gonna be 2-4 who're gonna pretend they can, tho biggrin

I'm sure you have to be an employee at the time of payout to qualify. If the companies doesn't pay out the bonus to people quitting before fiscal, why would they payout this to people between fiscal and payout?
