Maybe mind's in the gutter, but last night I did a double take and then snickered discreetly when an old lady said "don't squish my buns." She didn't even notice lol.
Has anyone else misunderstood a customer in a funny way?
It happens on occasion. After all, you're only human. Just don't say it out loud while on the sales floor. Save it for the break room or share it with someone you know that doesn't work there.
