Exactly it's about to go on forever, but at what point do we stop freaking out and go back to normal? Masks haven't stopped it, vaccines haven't stopped it, at this point it's a cold in my mind. Yes people are dying of it and that's terrible, but there are people dying every day and trying to keep the general population of healthy, strong individuals smashed under all these mandates is folly. It was one thing when this was new and we thought we could stop it, but at this point we just need to get back to normal life.

I could smell the stale cigarette smoke (like a dirty ashtray or stale bar) wafting off the clothes of passing customers, I can smell the strong perfume on the woman passing by in her lavender pant suit, I can smell the bag of potatoes that had a rotten one inside, I can smell the fishy smell by the meat department, I can smell the icky smell of the roses and lilies that smelled almost artificial like they added some kind of fake perfume to the flowers, and I can smell BO from people who did not take a shower before they went shopping.

Just like before kroger does not allow the enforcement of masks so customers will feel safe to enter with out one. So our masked customers will go from 60% to 30% and we ain't can't do nothing about it. Thanks kroger.

In wa state we can take our masks off on mar 12, 2022. I've started informing customers. Customers asked the policy and while it is recommended it is not required. Employees follow subject to the same rules. I've talked to some customers and they replied fu-ck you. Good fu-ck just say no thank you. That's all you need say.
When people bi-tch about the bag fee I just tell them instead of a long winded speech all you needed to say was "no thank you." Yes that makes me sound like a jack a-ss but when you deal with a customer pouring their heart out in a dickish way you're just getting them back.
