I think it's time you remove the following from the secret shopper report:
Are employees wearing masks correctly?
Several states have removed masks and we're getting a thumbs down on this and that don't feel right.
Better yet, remove the secret shopper reports completely!!! Throw them all away and forget about them!!!! That way we would save a few trees, and use paper for more important things.
The secret shopper program is a huge and terrible waste of time, money, paper, printer ink, and just increases the stress and frustration of Kroger workers, especially those in Front End and Produce.
Agreed. And if a secret shopper comes in shopping in a bad mood, its OUR fault for what happened. Its OUR fault if we refuse to accept it...and if we even say "it's not our fault they were upset before they came in? We get bad marks down the line.
As our manager says "don't take it personal if they come in upset. They are looking to vent and sometimes you are the ones they choose to vent to. The WORST thing you can do is give off the "its NOT my fault xxx upset you before coming here to shop, it's not my problem, because guess what? Now it is YOUR problem."

Not sure. But they are annoying as hell. One time a co-worker got shopped on his day off. Clearly not in uniform. Manager tried to have the shop revoked but they said it was going to stay. But as far as my co-worker and manager are concerned, the shop is null and void.

The mask made you hot? Well that just can't be. The mask fetishists assured me that there were zero downsides to wearing a mask.
