What the hell are you talking about? If you're referring to covid pay you got the wrong company pal. They'll give you 5 days off if you're requesting quarantine for covid or illness but that's about it. If you're vaxxed they'll pay you for that time.
They did biohazard pay ONCE. Then they TRIED to force the employees to pay it back. It went to court when the employees flat out refused. They kept their pay, but i think Kroger is "retaliating" by adding more duties, cutting hours, and refusing to hire more help to "get back" at the employees from what I was told.

Do they still require new hires to agree to hold them legally and arbitrationally blameless for chemical exposure? They really used to be careless, too. We still have no training or protective gear.
