I have blocked her and reported it to the Union. Anyone know if one can block by name on Gmail, so they get a reject message when they try to contact me? The block I have has her emails going straight to my spam folder.

When you block on email it goes to spam. I believe that is the only option there should be a way for it to reject it completely, but I don't think there is.
You can set Gmail to delete all spam after a certain number of days.

I told my store manager that the person in question was blocked. Also she is using her own personal email account instead of a store one. Wouldn't that be a violation of Kroger policies? I also informed my Union rep and said that I would file a harassment complaint if she did it two more times (my "3 strikes and you're out" policy.)
Why does your manager have your e-mail address? Unless it's necessary for correspondence, I always leave that field blank when filling out a form.
I asked my store manager and he said it "was probably floating around somewhere"-told him that is an address I NEVER give out and the only time I did give it was to our Admin when I signed up for direct deposit and Money Network needed an email address to create the account.

*file harassment charges, call HR etc., get the union involved. There is NO reason management needs to email you unless you have permission, or it's for business needs. If that's the case the store's email must be used. Not a personal one.
*Beware of any retaliation that may come up. Especially if your management is known for that.
