I filled a clicklist order today and scanned everything on their respective zones. The order said Ready for Pickup and tells the time when the customer is supposed to arrive. However 30 min later the reciept had still not printed out. Yes, our printer has plenty of ink and paper.
So I go into the Vtill section where you process refunds if needed and the order said 'exception' on it. I checked and it said something with the ebt card. I'm thinking this means the card has been declined or they changed their mind but im.not sure.
If it says that, it means their card did not go through for whatever reason. Usually if you hit exception it should yell you the reason...usually card declined not enough funds etc. Whennthis happens they are prompted by an email should find another mode of payment (different card). You usually cannot do a refund because being as they did not have enough on their card to begin with, they didnt use any money.
Talk to your store director or Clicklist lead for more info.
