My friend supervisor came up to her ( cashier) and ask if she did haer fresh start training videos and quiz she said no and no one told her and they said you need a iPhone but I looked it up on my android and it's on the app store as well.
Also how can you find the time to do it when you're so busy?
I work in produce but nobody told me anything about this so I'm not bothered doing it till someone ( my manager or store manager tells me)
Now my friend is running to walmart or etc to find a "iphone" to get the app but I read kroger terms and agreement and it said something about "kroger taking your data and factory reseting your device for their use".
Yeah I'm not downloading that app. I'll just try to make time to do it on their computers when I finished my cart.
You do not need an iPhone. I don't have an iPhone and even if I did, I wouldn't install the app. If Kroger wants to buy me an iPhone and pay the bill every month, they can go right ahead. You can do the same thing on the computers in the store simply by going to the My Time program and signing in with your EUID and password. You should also receive a new timeclock number so you can punch in and out on the timeclock. Our HR person printed up several flyers on how to request time off, how to punch in and out, how to swap shifts, how to fix a punch, how to view your timeclock number, how to check your schedule, how to view how many hours you've worked and so on.
As far as swapping days goes, it's all under the My Time program on the store computers or on your phone if you've downloaded the app. You'll have to hunt for it. I do know that the other person has to go into My Time and agree to the swap and it has to be approved by management.
When I try to swap days it say I have to press the days for the period date but I'm trying to swap Monday and Tuesday. My manager gave me the wrong date to be off on. I can only be off on Tuesday and Thursday and he gave me Monday off and making me work Tuesday.
