Why cant clicklist customers arrive ON TIME to get their orders? Or at least make an attempt to come AS CLOSE to the time slot as possible. It off-sets my break because most of them decide to show when I am on break. Then if no one is there to deliver it while I take break, I have to come off my break to do it. Then when I restart my break over from the beginning people get mad.
If I am on lunch and they show, either someone can get it to them, or they can wait until I am done on my lunch.

How hard is it for Kroger to have more than one person taking out clicklist orders? It's really not fair to question the customer because you do not know what the situation is. Maybe things come up suddenly and it's out of their control?
1. Traffic. Traffic can be horrendous (usually) average (occassionally) or great (rare).
2. Sometimes things come up that cannot and will not be pushed back.
3. Customers can change their mind.
4. Sometimes they send someone on their behalf and the person never did clicklist pick up.
5. Maybe the customer is new to clicklist and is trying to figure out what to do.
If they show up late, they show up late. The items are paid for already and it's no loss to you. Even if they never show up, they get their refund, and you get your product back.
