Did they change the rules for night premium?  I work in the Louisville Division.  Our contract says night premium is paid for a full shift if you start between the hours of 9PM and 1AM or if the majority of your hours occur between 9PM and 6AM.  I start no earlier than 5AM.  So I shouldn't receive night premium.  We just switched over to My Time and have been very diligent about checking my hours that I worked, including the overtime.  I just checked my pay stub and the hours are correct but it's showing 20 hours of night premium for an extra 40 dollars.  Now even if I got paid the premium for the time between 5AM and 6AM, that would only be five hours total.  Has there been a change in night premium policy in the Louisville Division.
