It just means habitual theft will come in and exit with that they want.
There's one "theft" that intentionally walks to the entrance/exit doors just to sound the alarms and glances over the cashier towards any reaction. (Probably bribed by the manager)
Customers are always right. Can I demand discounts like any other customers then?
