There is an alarming number of customers purchasing large amounts of gift cards. The bulk of these are fraudulent and do not hesitate to get nosy with customers at sco if you see someone trying to buy a stack of 6+ gift cards.
It is time the company goes back to having fraud protections on their system for gift cards. $2k is too high of a loss for, well anyone. The company use to have a fraud protection of $500 or more and I think the company needs to go back to that.
I feel for the customers that are genuine that they have to get wrapped up in all this.
