Customer be coming to my check lane telling me the same product as if I don't know the product. I kindly told customer, are you asking me a question because it sounds like you telling me information that I already know. Customers holds the product and starts a presentation like a sale associate and this customer does not work here. Customer then says "I don't want it" It's difficult to communicate with customers with a one way street mindset.
Next question, customer asked me why her items add up to over $50? I showed all the prices attached to the items chosen by the customer. Can I call mod on this event? It's just same repeat event for me and I've seen this customer doing the same with other cashier since last year.
