Well, when she came back, she still had several cake orders she had to finish for that day. She had to work over to finish them. It's the same way with baking bread. You have to complete the day's bake and prep for tomorrow before going home. You can't just leave part of it unfinished and expect to come back the next day and have it be okay. It's not like stocking a grocery shelf where you can just stop in the middle of what you're doing and go home.

Did my survey yesterday. ****ing hope corporate fired a lot of supervisors and management because they are not helping us associates out nor care about our availability or schedules. Im part time and theyve been giving me full time hours. I start college this week coming in and they got be scheduled for the three days I got classes. I told them numerous times I have college classes. Nobody is listening so Im not gonna show up if they schedule me.
Just make sure you have a copy of your classes to present to management when they present you a write up. Didnyounlet them.know well in advance and in writing? Always, always, always keep written copies documenting any written availability when it comes to your scheduling. That way when they try and make you take a write up, you can say "no will sign, I have written documentation of my schedule change for school..here is my school schedule as well.
