Had a customer get mad at a dairy worker yesterday because the Milo tea was on a pallet (very bottom) and couldnt be reached till they get to the pallet first. Customer gets upset and saying she wants to talk to a manager about how the pallet is leaning. Even the associates told the customer that the pallet is a hazard due to its leaning and itll take time for someone to get the pallet to the bottom. (Mind you the associates is about in her early 70s and the customer looks about late 30s early 40s) anyway management come and tells the customer the same answer and customer screaming shes going to call corporate on this store and etc.
