Dear customers:

If you refuse to allow us to scan your id for your liquor sales: We CAN and WILL Refuse sales! I don't care if you're 80+ and beign a jerk about it. If you so much argue with the cashier I will refuse sale of liquor. According to u.s. law once the question has been presented we can not undo it. Now that kroger has disabled the by-pass option we must scan id's. If you have a passport or non scan-able valid id: Well... sorry you get to wait for a manager over ride.

Complain to corporate all you want. They'll just tell you the same thing.

Quit making up half assed conspiracy theories about b.s. that your personal info is being "stolen" That's all garbage b.s. lies!

The conspiracy bs is not lies.

Retailers already have every ones' personal info.

20 years ago, a credit card company had enough info saved on me to know who my step mother was.  Recently, while signing up for a state search engine, part of a captcha security question asked me about an address I lived at 30 years ago.  Don't get me started on the covid part in this conspiracy...

I am not a conspiracy nut but occasionally like to throw fuel on the fire around those who are.

 100% agree with you.

We're surrounded by things and I'm seeing situations that, not long ago, I would have dismissed someone as clinically schizo-paranoid if I'd witnessed them expressing them.

It's an era of privacy invasion and personal and social control such as the world has never seen. A good pod cast to follow is Snowden's; he recently spoke of the real reasons why your phone is always upgrading. Has nothing to do with 'improving quality service!'

The biggest disaster we have fast on the way is this push to end cash and coin currency. People have no idea what a cluster fk that's going to bring. Because why?

Cash is anonymous.

Plastic comes with your name, face and entire bio.

No retailer needs to know anything about me other than whether or not I can pay for my merch.

It's such a nice change to see some good trolling for once.

This should have always been policy.

And it makes me seethe that it's not.

Not everyone is a troll. I maybe visit this site at the beginning of the month and the end. People who think others are trolls are often trolls them selves.

I don't call them conspiracy theories.  I call them spoiler alerts.
