Bud, it sounds like you aren't even considering the needs of the shareholders.

We're not blowing a billion dollars on stock buybacks for nothing.

Is this the one located at 3400 Grant Line Road? From google maps looks to be a very small store. I bet the small stores are better. But Kroger does not see it making a profit.
