talk to management. did you set your availability and they changed it on you without checking with you first? Your first step is to check with management and to reset your availability back to the way it was before.

IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANYONE UNDER 18 TO WORK FROM MIDNIGHT TO 4AM. LOOK THIS UP TO VERIFY I'M RIGHT.

Not harassment. Schedule availability is part of the job. If you're going to wine and complain about the shifts you're not going to have any hours for a job. According to union scheduling rules they can fill in shifts  that haven't been picked by lowest seniority up. Please read the union scheduling rules in your hand book. The select-a-schedule allows them to start from highest seniority then fill in shifts down to lowest seniority. If all shifts have been picked and no one else is left to pick they will fill in shifts forcibly from lowest up. If two people have conflicting availability the person with most seniority wins. If that isn't an option then they go to the person with the most availability. They are in their legal union rights to schedule this. A job isn't all fun and games and in this line of work it isn't guaranteed to be guaranteed your schedule requests.

Here are your options:

Find a better suited job for your needs and schedule restrictions.

Sit down with management and explain to them that your schedule restrictions are a have to not an option.

If it is an ongoing issue you can talk to your union rep but they'll just quote to you union hand book scheduling rules.

I for got to add on:

If you are a minor they are obligated to follow minor labor laws. If they are in violation to this you can file a union grievance and ethics report. Look up your state's labor laws and if they are in true violation of them; file a complaint and kroger will get a fine.
