I understand totally if you don't want to scan it per privacy sake but you could at least not be a dick or total @$$ hole regarding it. We just enforce company policy we don't 

If you want to by pass this b.s. completely go through f'n self check out where they still haven't fixed the manager over ride requirement for the scan id policy. 

p.s. we are allowed to refuse sale of liquor to those that act up or throw tantrums over the policy. Just fyi. I've done this dozens of times for  customers raising their voices or throwing two year old tantrums over the policy. You people just got too comfortable being immediately by passed due to age over the years. That policy is deader than dead.
