I am so sick of Digital Coupons literally without a Failsafe its a pain. My manager says we cant price override those items and the customers hold up my line trying to sign up and clip them. Then, some already use the coupons and say something like I didnt know I used it or I thought I could use it more than once. Our customer service is closed and then I work at the Old Folks store most just dont have access anyway. Its the biggest headache, what do you (front end associate) do when this happens?
Use PLU 23456 and then enter the amount off they should get from the digital coupon. For example, this week we have sodas on sale at 3 for $12.00. That's $2.00 of for each 6 pack, so I enter 23456 and give them $6.00 if they buy three.
I check price tags now be it they like it or not. So many people scam kroger out of the make it right policy that it's beyond tolerable and acceptable. The ethicalness of society doesn't care. It's all about how much of a cheapskate can you be. Even if you have to be a total di--ck to save a fu'n dollar.
These suck but yes kroger says make it right. So unless it is an obscenely high amount that's more than 50% of price of item just make it right. You are allowed to do up to $20 before it requires an over ride.
I can't tell you how many anti tech karens that say f' the digitals and anything that makes me do work for the discount. I don't blame them but they don't need to be di--cks about it.
