You couldn't spell out the word, "with" ? Anyway, you don't say whether you're a man or a woman. If you're a woman, especially a black woman, you're in the clear. If you're gay, then you're in the clear. You only have to worry if you're a heterosexual white male.

Assault is zero tolerated by kroger. Yes there's always that one di-ck or bi--tch at every store you want to do that to. I applaud you for doing that. People daily have probably wanted to do that to the @$$ hole daily but in a civilized world we don't do that.
Punching someone is a crime and assault. You'll more than likely be terminated and sued. Trespassed and declared dangerous on your file. You will get a suspension for it and probably not requested to come back. I'd suggest to start job hunting.
