Several reports of employees not getting paid and under paid due to the new system roll out. I can probably go a month or two without pay any longer than that and my savings will dry up. I have two choices at that point sue or get another job. I feel several coworker agree with me on this.

You will get paid.  The state will make sure of it.  If you don't get a resolution quick enough, grieve it thru the union.  If still no resolution, 

file a complaint with the state labor office.  They will "sue" and get it sorted out for you.

The person that wrote the code for MyInfo is probably some minimum wage programmer in India.  Most times, "you get what you pay for."

Most issues can be fixed within a week by the CSM that does payroll.  My payroll issue will take someone further up on the food chain.
