How do you handle favoritism amongst your department lead?
Management turns a blind eye to this and it's getting old.
So it's okay for one person to do the same task but if I do it I get scolded for it? It's literally part of our job duties to do certain tasks and I'm being verbally scolded about going off to do them.
I don't know if you're new to the work force in general, but what you describe goes on every where on every job there ever was, is, and ever will be.
There is literally no use getting mad about it. ---there's plenty of use keeping cool and DOING something about it, if 'it' is bad enough for you to take it up the ladder.
