Hi Everyone, can someone please give some input on how to request a reasonable accommodation? My son has a disability where he is not trying to request FMLA, but does have a disability and needs a reasonable accommodation. Is the reasonable accommodation process done through MetLife the same as FMLA?

The troll is completely correct and I hate it.

Do you have any strong feelings about unions?  Would you like them to be?  Call them up.  UFCW.  But only during banker's hours.

Otherwise, you have to talk to the store secretary.  Are you related to store management or higher?  Things will probably be tough if you aren't.
