so my mangers are changing my dept from floral to cc. I think there doing it because I'm gay. Nobody else in my store is gay and its not happening to them, do I have a discrimination case?
Is your floral department making good in sales? Are you being moved to cc? Is there a remodeling of the store going on? What did management say to you? There has to be an explanation besides your own personal preferences.
