Screw the Daily Fresh Start Training!

Anyone else given up doing the daily fresh start training? Most of my store refuses to do it now. I've had nothing but issues with my account when trying to access it since day one. Each time I want to access it I need to  call the 800# to have them remove something that's preventing me from accessing it. I'm not the only one that has issues accessing it. It's apparently a company wide issue. The store computers take like 5 min to load the damn learning program and half the time it freezes loading fresh start.

Zebras shortage. Despite the fact my stores has like 60 zebras there's only like 1-3 in the charging station at any given time if even that. Generally zero by the time my shift starts. Management keeps one for them selves because of all the duties they need to do on it and heck of you can find someone that wants to part with theirs. These things are pretty much abandoned through out the store and often left for days on end with out a charge thus making them a paper weight.  It isn't uncommon to have associates take them home.

I don't do it anymore either. But my reason is different. We're a training store so we have a training center at the front of the store. I work opening shifts and when I would do fresh start I would go in the training center where it was quiet and I could concentrate. One day one of the cashiers was clocking from break. B6 the way, the time clock is right next to the door. They started asking, rather loudly, outside of the training center, why I was in there.. They didn't open the door and ask me. So that was it. Besides, the questions were always the same and never pertained to my department.

 I havent dont fresh start since August. Its no point at all.

They've been making a huge deal about it in my store, but it's stupid, it asks the same questions over and over again.
