It's a good thing I am gone. I would not put up with it. I would tell them they better pony up or I will get a lawyer.

I had an issue at the end of October that just got straightened out.

I haven't heard of anyone else having issues recently.

If you've been reading through the kroger reddit page you would know this has been an issue since the rollout began.

I recall a recent post on reddit kroger as well. I assume that is probably yours?

Got down voted for my post but if you don't like the truth tough luck.

1. contact your union rep and file a grievance. That's the best you can do. Make sure they pay you as kroger has zero issues of wage theft.

2. Discuss this with your manager at the store level first. 9 out of 10 times you can get things fixed at the store level before brining in management or filing grievances or ethics reports.

3. Each state has a website to report unpaid wages. That is your next step. I had to do it a few times with prior employers being flakes. It will take a few months but you'll eventually be back paid it. If not report it on your taxes so it shows up on their tax return. if they ever get audited it will appear.

4. Hire a lawyer and sue. Last resort but hell I've had to do it a few times.

I did # 2 and the store manager had an unlisted email to request the correction to.  It got half fixed.  I fixed the other half.

#3  The states Attorney General will sue kroger store for un payed wages, give penalties and look for other employees with same issue.

I might add #5, write the congressman that is grilling the ceo about merging with albertsons.
