Not gonna acknowledge my PED; what can happen?

I work in the pharmacy department (non-union) and we recently had performance evaluation discussions

first we submitted a review of our work then the manager sent us back their review 

recently we all got a pay raise to bring us all up to a certain minimum. I got a 27 cent raise and now I make the bare minimum for my position (certified tech)

after working five years in the department I literally make what a person would make with my title if they walked in off the street 

say what you will but I find this disgusting. I have had an idea to protest this by not acknowledging my performance review

ive been reminded every few days now that I need to acknowledge my review (in KnowMe all you do is click on it and hit the button that says send to manager) and I keep saying thanks for the reminder

today the bosss bosss boss told one of the pharmacists to tell me I have to acknowledge my review

i asked my manager a few weeks ago what would happen if I didnt do it and he said theyll just tell you to do it

i am really curious what will happen. I mean, i dont rly expect them to raise my pay but i think its bull**** to acknowledge this review when it clearly has little impact on what I make 

i consistently perform at the top of my department so I think I should earn more

 Being on your phone and play fartnite isnt performing at the top. You can be easily replaced. quit dont quit we dont care. Scum

Put in applications with non-BS companies. Somehow make a copy of all performance reviews, and pay records and take them with you to interviews.

This sounds like an expert troll thread.  Well done.

Talk to the union.  Lol.

When they refuse to respond, apply to Walmart.  You can't make much less.  By law.
