So someone reported an co-worker who was displaying unprofessionalism behavior. Customers seen it and reported it. District HR thinks I'm the issue and began making multiple trips and even starring at me. Obviously, the district HR is Caucasian descent...based on the behavior displayed....Pretty sure District HR should have job terminated due to bias. District HR indicated that I'm not be shouting profanity to co-workers and customers. Seems like kroger ethics report is becoming useless on the locally.

You have to keep in mind security cameras are running all the time they check these now and then. If they red flag something they'll watch it longer.
It is frequent that other staff report things anomalously as well. I've reported staff violating rules that are more than just a one or three times opps..
