This is mindless corporate paper work that has zero reason to do it. This task takes about 10-15 min away from could of been working time a day times how ever many employees you force to do it. This adds up. You have the balls to generate pointless burocratic rules like this and then cut our hours in the process. This takes away 10-20 min of could be work. This pay adds up daily kroger. Sales should show if we're working or not. But no you don't believe we're working so you generate a ridiculous pointless scan program that says "yes we're working". half the time i just scan the same two repetitious tables over and over again. I don't even fill in the amt in how much is needed any more. Because this is total bull sh--it! yet if we don't do it you harass us about it to get it done.
I have absolutely no respect for Kroger corporate anymore. Have the people who come up with all this busy work actually worked in a grocery store before? Even if your numbers are perfect, they still end up sending you product you don't need.
kroger needs to get off the friends and family plan and stop promoting all their friends and family and start hiring people who know how to run a company.

I mean they create pointless rules that they enforce then harass you if you don't do them. They won't pay staff hrs to do the jobs they need to do and run skeleton crew half the time. Then create some half aff--ed rule about scanning 100 items a day and don't realize it takes 10 min for most people to actually fu---cken do it.
hey don't work the 2 trucks were 3 days behind on and fill holes make sure you do your paperwork and your scans. oh and don't forget to do your fresh start training so you can learn things in other departments you don't even work in.

well......I've already been doing that for quite some time. I worked retail for many years so I know or can figure out where to find sh!t. I know it throws off their inventory but tough sh!t lol
