I'm frankly glad I no longer have to work with him any longer as I just got transferred into another department. The old lead i use to work with was a cranky aff hole. He never praised his coworkers was always belittling them and demeaning them. IT's worse when it was in front of customers then said "It's all your fault." This guy is a gossiper and know how to kiss aff to the customers to make them come back. But he's a total di--ck to the rest of the staff. Well take that back four people. Due to 25 yrs with the union most people see with blind eyes and ears over the b.s. he does. Obviously had favorites and has caused more than one employee to quit and move on. Management won't talk to him about his "attitude" on his bad days and often over looks it.
I'm sorry but b.s. like this is why you can't keep staff in your department.
I've dealt with dicks like that and do with THIS dick I advise you do what I've always done: check em on the spot.
First time you felxin on me like that---especially in public, that's a big no-go with me---you'll prolly catch me off guard and nothing will happen. Then.
You do it again? Ima show my whole A S S. I'll color your cheeks and make you walk away, never to come at me like that again.
Most folks won't do this out of fear for their jobs but I say F U C K that. What you put up with will continue-----and people will treat you how ever you allow them. Never forget that. Better to punch back and be sent to the office than be owned by the school yead bully.
