Do we get competitive wages? Yeah... BUT you have to compete with others to BARELY make enough to reach the BOTTOM rung to survive. (With hours being cut left and right)
We have unrealistic goals and expectations...add snipping customers and there you go.

There are customers with food stamps :) Without associates, the store will be shut down. Have you seen management treating us well? Apply for the job, go ace the interview, and work...then you will see everything.
You clearly dont know ANYTHING. Management does NOT treat their employees well whatsoever. A few of the managers are ok, but ever since Taylor Moore became district manager or whatever it has gotten 10x worse. And as far as breaks go, you get two 15 minute breaks if you work 6 or more hours and idk about you, but 15 minutes is not enough to have a nice break if you plan on getting food and have to wait in checkout, then go all the way upstairs, then go scarf down your food as fast as possible and not even get to finish it or really even enjoy it and go straight back to work. Until you experience first hand what the employees do, do better and be nicer to the employees because majority of the time, if they cant help you and they have to ask for management, management doesnt want to help or just says just give it to them for what they want nothing gets resolved. Everyone is unhappy there and everyone takes it out on everyone else. Until there is a decent amount of staff & different managers, its only going to go downhill.

people dont know where things are because kroger doesn't pay worth a sh!t. all the people who knew where things were quit for a better job so your stuck with new hires who don't know anything.
working for kroger is just one step above unemployment
