Had an customer experience when a customer demanded more discounts...Store had good deals with those sales tags, but demanding more discounts with the whole "Make it right"
Customer has a luxury purse also expressed to be living on a budget. I gave the discounts: the sales price, scanned the company's rewards card, and even asked for ID to see if customer qualify for senior discount. Customer still demanded more discount.
What made it funny was when the customer asked me "can't you see my expensive bag?" Anyone else would have done?
We're all living on a budget. People like that make me want to punch them in the face. If the price is too high for them, tell them to take it or leave it. I've been with Kroger far too long to even care anymore.

Would have politely said "you already got your discounts . Unfortunuely i cant (wont) give you additional discounts. You're all good to go.
