I've never before worked for a company where the laziest of workers get promoted to management. In office jobs I've worked they wouldn't of even lasted two years.
The person who recently took over a cursed department only lasted 4 mo before they promoted her to a higher grossing store. I really hope she crashes and burns. She made up her own schedule, barely showed up for half of the schedule she wrote, doesn't even do half the job duties you're supposed to do in the department, has terrible attendance, shows up late alot leaves early, department looks like a mess 70% of the week...
Kroger you promote lazy a$$ people into management positions and no good deed goes unpunished for hard workers. Four yrs ago I started sucking really bad at my job and started getting offers. You really have no f'n clue how to run a company kroger.

It's part of kroger culture. There's 3 girls whom got promoted to management. Working hard at hardly working get promotion within Front End Department.
