A coworker of mines is dating this customer whos a regular and lately other workers seen her get into his car( she has siblings who work at the job and they didnt know anything till folks told them and shown video footage) and leaves. She was late twice from her breaks and has been a numerous topic at work. Can she be fired for this?
Unless she is being habitually late or is severely late or leaving early before her shift is over for other than an actual emergency whoever she is dating outside of work should not be anyone's business but her own.

You cannot be fired for dating a customer. There's an guy at work who dated 2 female customers. As long he or she is not telling the customer to harass any employees.

Definitely a fireable offense. Similar situation at the work happened here. The associate and the customer were stealing food here and there. He would let her know when it was safe to walk out as he distracted the other associates. Her 2 kids would come in at times and just eat grapes, take a soda off the shelf and drink it and they would eat some chicken and toss the bones on the shelf. Last I heard the security guard was making his rounds and he caught them with his flash light in the back corner in produce. He was giving her head gross. Well he was fired.
